We always hope you will be happy with your purchase however, if you would like to make a return we have a 14-day returns policy from when you receive your order.

UK Customers

We have a FREE returns service for our full priced items (not including sale pieces). DHL will pick up your return from your own doorstep! You will have 14 days to return your purchase to us from the day you receive your order, after 14 days we will not be able to refund your purchase but will be able to issue a credit note.

We are unable to issue refunds for products that have been damaged or marked.

Your free returns label will be enclosed with your order.

International Customers (Including Ireland)

Your returns label will be enclosed with your order. Please use this label to return your item/items to us via the courier of your choice using a registered/tracked service. We cannot issue a refund if the parcel does not reach us, so please  ensure the package is insured to the appropriate value in the event that you need to make a claim. Any duty and taxes due to return the parcel are the responsibility of the sender and need to be paid at source. Regretfully, we are unable to accept any returns when such charges have not been covered.

Delivery times

All orders are shipped out 3-5 days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays) with tracking codes and confirmation emails sent within 5-7 working days.

Once the order has been shipped, we aim to have all orders delivered in 5-8 working days. Please note that external delays such as customs checks can cause further delays to this delivery time.

COVID-19 Update: Please note during the current pandemic we will try to get orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible, please do bear in mind that some orders may experience delays due to the current situation.

In the unlikelihood that your order does not reach you within the period stated above, please allow up to 60 working days due to potential customs issues that can hold up the package.

We source our inventory from several warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Customers have 24 hours from placing their order if they wish to cancel or make changes to their order.  Please ensure you contact us via our contact page or email: support@petalpaisleyboutique.com with your order number so we can easily locate the order. If you do not contact us within 24 hours with your request and order number, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

If your order is incorrect and you do not inform us within this time frame we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
